OVEN WALLS ARE 4.5" THICK AND INSULATED WITH NON SETTLING MINERAL WOOL. OVEN INTERIOR IS ALUMINIZED STEEL, OVEN EXTERIOR IS HEAVY GAUGE CARBON STEEL WITH STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND PAINTED GRAY.
